Recipe for Dill Tips

Creamy Dill & Cucumber Salad

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 mins (+ 30 mins draining)
Chill Time: 1 hour (optional)

Ingredients:

  • 2 large cucumbers (English or Persian), thinly sliced

  • 1 tsp salt (for draining)

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill tips, finely chopped (plus extra for garnish)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar

  • 1 small garlic clove, minced (optional)

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prep Cucumbers

    • Toss sliced cucumbers with salt and let drain in a colander for 30 mins. Rinse and pat dry.

  2. Make Dressing
