Biryani Masala 50g Spice Blend
Biryani Masala 50g Spice Blend ,Authentic, Fragrant Biryani — Without Buying a Cupboard Full of Spices
A great biryani gets its unmistakable flavour from a careful balance of warm, aromatic spices — but getting that balance right traditionally means buying, measuring and blending several different spices.
SpicenEasy Biryani Masala does that work for you.
Our carefully balanced blend brings together classic biryani spices including cardamom, cloves, star anise and cinnamon, creating the rich fragrance, warmth and depth that makes biryani so distinctive.
Use it as your flavour base, then add your choice of chicken, lamb, vegetables, basmati rice, yoghurt, herbs and other fresh ingredients to make the dish your own.

Why Choose SpicenEasy Biryani Masala?
Multiple spices in one balanced blend
No need to buy numerous individual spice jars just to make one dish. We’ve already brought the essential flavours together in the right proportions.
Made for authentic biryani flavour
Warm, fragrant and aromatic, with the characteristic spice profile needed to give biryani its distinctive depth.
No measuring or guesswork
Instead of trying to work out how much cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and other spices to use, simply start with the blend and season to your taste.
Works with meat or vegetables
Use it for chicken, lamb or vegetable biryani — the blend gives you the flavour foundation while you choose the ingredients.
More versatile than the name suggests
It may be called Biryani Masala, but don't leave it waiting in the cupboard between biryanis. Use it to add aromatic Indian flavour to rice dishes, marinades, curries and slow-cooked dishes too.
What Does Biryani Masala Taste Like?
Biryani Masala is warm, aromatic and deeply fragrant rather than simply hot.
Cardamom adds a distinctive floral freshness, cinnamon contributes sweet warmth, cloves bring intensity and star anise adds another layer of fragrant spice.
Together they create the complex aroma associated with a traditional biryani — without requiring you to build the spice blend from scratch.
How to Use Biryani Masala
Chicken Biryani
Mix Biryani Masala with yoghurt, ginger and garlic to marinate chicken before layering it with partially cooked basmati rice, herbs and fried onions.
Lamb Biryani
Use it with lamb, yoghurt and aromatics for a richer, slow-cooked biryani with plenty of depth.
Vegetable Biryani
Pair with vegetables such as cauliflower, potato, peas, carrots or beans for an aromatic meat-free biryani.
Fragrant Rice & Pilaf
You don't need to make a full biryani. Add a little to rice or pilaf to turn plain basmati into a beautifully fragrant side dish.
Yoghurt Marinades
Mix with yoghurt, garlic, lemon and salt to create an easy aromatic marinade for chicken or lamb.
Curries & Slow-Cooked Dishes
Add a small amount to Indian-style curries, stews or slow-cooked dishes whenever you want extra warmth and aromatic depth.
An Easier Way to Build Authentic Flavour
Traditional Indian cooking often relies on several spices working together rather than one dominant flavour.
Buying all of those spices individually makes sense if you use them constantly — but for many home cooks it means more jars, more measuring and more half-used spices sitting in the pantry.
Biryani Masala gives you a ready-balanced starting point.
One blend. Multiple spices. Plenty of ways to use it.
You still do the cooking.
You still choose the fresh ingredients.
We've simply made the spice part easier.
Try It This Way
For an easy chicken biryani, combine Biryani Masala with yoghurt, ginger and garlic, marinate your chicken, then cook and layer with partially cooked basmati rice, caramelised onion and fresh herbs.
Allow everything to cook gently together so the rice absorbs the fragrant spices and juices.
Beyond Biryani
Once you've opened the pack, try it in:
• Chicken or lamb marinades
• Spiced basmati rice
• Vegetable rice dishes
• Indian-style curries
• Slow-cooked chicken or lamb
• Yoghurt-based marinades
• Roasted vegetables
• Spiced rice bowls
A little experimentation can turn one spice blend into many different meals.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to help preserve its aroma and flavour.
