  • 500g beef and pork mince (or all beef)

  • 1 small onion, very finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 large egg

  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 2 tbsp olive oil for frying

  • For Serving: Your favourite marinara sauce and pasta or crusty bread

Instructions:

  • eggs, beaten

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (or parsley + oregano)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Olive oil or butter (for frying)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the meat:

    • Pound chops/cutlets to even thickness (for even cooking).
