Cheesy" Garlic & Yeast Flake Popcorn (Vegan, High-Protein Snack)

Ingredients:

½ cup popcorn kernels (air-popped or stovetop)

2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes

1 tbsp melted coconut oil (or olive oil)

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

¼ tsp salt (or tamari for depth)

½ tsp onion powder

Pinch cayenne (optional, for heat)
Instructions:

Pop the corn – Use your preferred method (stovetop, microwave, or air popper).

Make seasoning – In a small bowl, mix nutritional yeast, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and cayenne.

Toss – Drizzle warm popcorn with oil, then sprinkle seasoning while tossing to coat evenly.
