Ingredients (9x13" pan):

  • 4 cups bread flour

  • 1.5 cups warm water

  • 2 tsp instant yeast

  • 2 tbsp Italian herb seasoning (or mix: 1 tbsp each dried basil + oregano + 1 tsp thyme/rosemary)

  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • Flaky sea salt

Key Steps:

  1. Mix dough → rise 1 hour (until doubled)

  2. Stretch into oiled pan → dimple with fingers

  3. Infuse oil: Heat 1/4 cup olive oil with garlic + 1 tbsp Italian herbs (2 mins)

  4. Drizzle over dough → sprinkle remaining herbs + salt

  5. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20 mins
