Quick & Creamy Rolled Oats (1 serving)
Ingredients:

½ cup quick-cooking rolled oats

1 cup water or milk (dairy or plant-based)

Pinch of salt

1 tsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar) – optional

½ tsp vanilla extract or cinnamon – optional

Toppings of choice (banana, berries, nuts, seeds, nut butter)
Instructions:

Boil liquid – In a small pot, bring water or milk to a boil.

Add oats & salt – Stir in oats and a pinch of salt.

Cook – Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until creamy.

Sweeten & flavor – Remove from heat, stir in sweetener and vanilla/cinnamon if using.

Serve – Top with your favorite fruits, nuts, or a drizzle of nut butter.
Variations:
