Recipe for Herbes De Provence
1. Classic Roasted Chicken with Herbes de Provence
The quintessential French bistro dish
Ingredients:

1 whole chicken (or 4 bone-in thighs)

2 tbsp Herbes de Provence

3 tbsp olive oil

1 lemon, quartered

1 head garlic, halved
Method:

Rub chicken with oil + herbs (under skin too).

Stuff cavity with lemon + garlic. Roast at 375°F (190°C) for 1.5 hours.
Pro tip: Deglaze pan with white wine for a quick sauce.
