Ingredients:

• 1 whole chicken (or 4 bone-in thighs)

• 2 tbsp Herb & Garlic seasoning

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 1 lemon, halved
  Method:

1. Rub chicken with oil + seasoning (under the skin too!).

2. Stuff cavity with lemon. Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 1 hour (thighs: 35 mins).
