  • 1 tbsp white vinegar

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing (for dipping)

  • Celery sticks (optional, for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Prep Wings:

    • Pat wings dry, toss with baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

    • Arrange on a wire rack over a baking sheet (for air circulation).

    • Refrigerate uncovered for 1 hour (helps crisp the skin).
