  • 1 cup toor dal (soaked 30 mins)

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 2 cups mixed veggies (okra, drumsticks, carrot)

  • 1 tbsp sambar powder

  • 1/2 tsp asafoetida

  • 1 tamarind pulp (golf-ball size)

  • 2 tbsp ghee

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

  • 10 curry leaves
