1 block soft tofu (cut into cubes)

2 tbsp Sichuan peppercorns (1 tbsp ground + 1 tbsp whole)

Sauce: 1 cup broth + 1 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tsp sugar + 1 tsp cornstarch

Bloom peppercorns: Toast whole Sichuan peppercorns 1 min → grind half
