½ tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)

¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

1 tsp lime zest or ½ tsp lime juice (optional, for brightness)
Instructions:

Prep Seeds: Rinse pumpkin seeds (if fresh from a pumpkin) and pat dry. Skip if using store-bought raw pepitas.

Season: Toss seeds with oil and all spices until evenly coated.

Roast: Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–20 mins, stirring halfway, until golden and crispy.
