Kwik Curry Korma
For a creamy Korma chicken “Just add” to SpicenEasy Kwik Curry Korma Spice Blend as below:
Heat 1 tbsp oil, in deep fry pan and sauté 800g boneless, skinless , cubed chicken thighs till all sides are seared. Add the Kwik Curry Korma mix and toss gently to coat chicken. Add 1 cup water and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently till chicken is fully cooked. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander (optional). Serve hot.
