Bran Flakes Breakfast Bake (Serves 4-6)
Great for: Breakfast, snacks, or even dessert!
Ingredients:

2 cups bran flakes cereal

1 cup rolled oats

1 ripe banana (mashed)

1 egg (or flax egg for vegan)

1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tsp cinnamon
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
-
¼ cup raisins or chopped dates
-
¼ cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds)

Optional toppings: Yogurt, fresh berries, extra honey
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small baking dish.

Mix wet ingredients: In a bowl, combine mashed banana, egg, milk, honey, and vanilla.

Add dry ingredients: Stir in bran flakes, oats, cinnamon, raisins, and nuts. Let sit 5 mins (for flakes to soften).

Bake 25-30 mins until golden and set.
