Mediterranean Grilled Chicken

Serves: 4 | Prep Time: 10 mins (+1 hr marinating) | Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • 2 tbsp Mediterranean seasoning (Spicneasy)

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (balances acidity)

  • Salt to taste

For Serving:
  • Tzatziki sauce or hummus

  • Chopped cucumber, tomatoes, red onion

  • Warm pita or couscous

  • Kalamata olives & feta cheese

  • Fresh parsley or dill

Homemade Mediterranean Seasoning (if needed):

*Mix: 1 tbsp each dried oregano, thyme, basil + 2 tsp garlic powder + 1 tsp smoked paprika + ½ tsp cinnamon.*
