1 cup chicken broth

1 tbsp tomato paste (optional, for depth)

1 tsp sugar (balances acidity)

1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

½ cup plain yogurt (or cashew cream for dairy-free)

Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
