Ingredients:

1 cup SpicenEasy Large Cashew Pieces

500g chicken breast or thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tbsp Spiceneasy's cornflour

2 tbsp vegetable oil
-
1 red capsicum, sliced
-
1 cup broccoli florets
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
For the Sauce:

¼ cup soy sauce
-
2 tbsp oyster sauce
-
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
-
2 tbsp water
-
1 tsp sesame oil
-
1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
Instructions:

Coat the Chicken: Toss the chicken pieces in cornflour until lightly coated.

Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all the sauce ingredients.

Stir-fry Chicken: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until cooked through and golden. Remove and set aside.
