Recipe for Pea Flour
Savory Pea Flour Pancakes (Besan Chilla) (Indian-Style Vegan Omelette)
(Serves 2–3)
Ingredients:

1 cup pea flour (gram flour/besan)

½ cup water (adjust for batter consistency)

½ tsp turmeric

½ tsp cumin powder

½ tsp red chili powder (optional)

Instructions:
