Ras El Hanout 50g Spice Blend
The "Top of the Shop" Masterpiece of Moroccan Spices
Ras el Hanout, meaning "head of the shop," is the most prized and complex spice blend in North African cuisine. Traditionally, it represents a spice merchant's very best offering—a unique, signature blend of their finest spices. Our version is a captivating symphony of warm, sweet, and slightly pungent flavours, featuring cinnamon, cumin, ginger, cardamom, allspice, and a whisper of rose petals.
This is not a spicy heat-driven blend, but one of profound aromatic complexity. It’s the essential soul of a classic Moroccan tagine, designed to create layers of flavour that are exotic, warming, and utterly unforgettable. A little of this luxurious blend transforms simple ingredients into a culinary journey to the heart of Marrakech.
