For a creamy Butter chicken “Just add” to SpicenEasy Kwik Curry Butter Chicken Spice Blend as below:

Heat 1 tbsp Butter in deep fry pan and sauté 800g cubed boneless skinless chicken thighs till all sides are seared. Add Kwik Curry Butter Chicken mix and toss gently to coat chicken. Add 1 cup water and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently till chicken is fully cooked. Add 2 tsp sugar and pour in 1/4 cup cream. Mix well...and serve hot.
